Our Story
Our Story: Empowering Youth Through the Arts and Entrepreneurship
Founded in 2025 by sisters Margo and Joy, ArtVantage Inc. was born from a lifelong love of the arts and a shared mission to help children thrive through creativity. What began in 2016 as an all-girls fashion, modeling, and dance program quickly grew into a vibrant series of preschool and daycare dance classes. In 2018, we opened our own dance studio, welcoming children as young as two and nurturing their confidence, self-expression, and social emotional development.
Over the years, we’ve served more than 3,000 children, and in doing so, we witnessed a troubling reality: too many families face financial and systemic barriers to accessing quality arts education. That realization led to the creation of ArtVantage, a nonprofit committed to providing meaningful, inclusive, and affordable creative opportunities for every child, regardless of their background.
Today, ArtVantage offers a dynamic mix of programs that combine dance, and entrepreneurship empowering children not just to create, but to lead. Our classes are intentionally designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and cultivate lifelong skills that open doors beyond the stage or studio.
Through our scholarship classes and workshops, we ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation.
In the past two years, our mission has expanded to include high school entrepreneurship workshops that teach teens real world business fundamentals. These sessions inspire innovation, leadership, and self-sufficiency equipping young people to see themselves as capable creators of their own futures.
From producing back-to-school fashion shows with Burlington to hosting community backpack drives and volunteer initiatives, our work continues to grow in both reach and impact.
