& Career Readiness
Art Vantage’s College and Career Readiness Program prepares students through a 6-month structured experience designed to support their transition into higher education and the workforce. Students receive guidance on scholarship opportunities, participate in college tours, explore academic majors, and identify career pathways aligned with their interests and goals. The program equips scholars with the tools, confidence, and direction needed to make informed decisions about their future.

IRC Certification Pathway
Art Vantage’s IRC Pathway is a workforce development program that prepares students for IRC certifications through instruction and testing for Maryland Industry Recognized credentials. Maryland has a 45% goal of high school students to earn these prior graduation and we help students achieve that goal.

We host community events that bring together youth, families, and local leaders to celebrate creativity, learning, and growth. These events highlight student projects, foster mentorship, and strengthen community connections. By creating spaces for collaboration, we inspire pride, purpose, and unity among those we serve.
